The application of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics in optimising regimens for the individual patient will be discussed together, with use of new methodologies, computer applications, therapeutic drug monitoring, and applications of clinical pharmacokinetics. Pharmacokinetic principles in toxicology will also be discussed.
